Fall Cookoff 2025

  • How It Works:

    • Each church sends their pastor (or a representative) with enough servings to provide approximately 150 sample sizes.

    • Attendees vote on their favorite dishes by placing donation tickets in the church's/community member's collection bucket.

    • Guests vote using donation tickets ($1 each) — tickets equal votes! The more donation tickets added to your bucket, the closer you are to becoming this year's Cook-off Champion, and most importantly the more funds are raised for the USA Wesley Foundation.

    • Every ticket purchased automatically enters the donor into our Wesley Ticket Giveaway, where generous supporters will be recognized with special prizes.

    • Tickets can also be purchased online ahead of time and picked up at check-in. (When purchasing online, please consider covering a small processing fee to fully support your donation.)

    Awards:

    Cook-off Champion – The church that raises the most money overall. The winner’s name is engraved on the Cook-off Plaque at the Wesley Foundation and receives the traveling Cook-off Champion Trophy to display in their church for the year.
    Pastors’ Choice Best Dish – Selected for the best overall flavor.
    Pastors’ Choice Best Dressed Table – Recognizing creativity in food presentation and table décor.

    • Delicious food, fellowship, door prizes, face painting, children’s activities, and so much more!

    Setup begins anytime after 12:00 p.m.

    A family-friendly event, face painting and supervised activities for kids will be provided by our Wesley student leaders. There is no entry fee, invite your whole church family!
